1600 x 1400 mm Lego-style modular plastic pallet
This 1600 x 1400 x 150 mm pallet is assembled from interlocking plastic modules. Each module is injection molded in PP or HDPE, then connected to form the finished pallet. The modular system can be extended from 1 to 5 metres for cargo that does not fit a standard pallet footprint.

How the modular structure works
The pallet is built from connected sections rather than one fixed-size body. This allows the footprint to be adjusted for long or oversized cargo. If a module is damaged, that section can be replaced instead of discarding the complete pallet.
Single-piece customization is available without a minimum order quantity. The final size and module arrangement still need to be confirmed against the cargo and handling process before production.
Load and handling checks
The 6000 kg static load and 3000 kg dynamic load refer to different operating conditions. Buyers should confirm cargo weight, load distribution, support points and forklift handling before ordering. Four-way entry allows handling from each side, but fork length and spacing should match the finished pallet configuration.
